Core Finance Terms of Use

Last updated: 10 May 2026

Core Finance is a private, non-commercial personal finance dashboard used by Joel Lindfors for his own account monitoring.

Private Use Only

Core Finance is not a public financial product, advisory service, payment service, or account aggregation service offered to other users. It is used only by Joel Lindfors for personal finance tracking.

Open Banking Access

Core Finance may use Enable Banking to request account information from banks through open banking. Bank access requires explicit authorisation by the account holder through the relevant bank authentication flow.

No Credential Collection

Core Finance does not ask for, collect, or store bank login credentials, card PINs, card numbers, payment authentication codes, or mobile banking passwords.

Read-Only Purpose

The current intended use is read-only account information access, such as balances and account metadata. Payment initiation is not part of the intended Core Finance setup.

Accuracy

Displayed balances and account information depend on data returned by the bank and Enable Banking. Core Finance may show stale or incomplete information if access expires, the bank API is unavailable, or local synchronisation fails.

No Financial Advice

Core Finance is a tracking tool only. It does not provide investment, tax, accounting, legal, or financial advice.

Data Handling

Data handling is described in the Core Finance Privacy Notice. Account data is intended to remain private and local to Joel’s own systems.

Revocation and Deletion

Bank data access can be revoked through the bank, through Enable Banking’s consent management tools, or by deleting the local Core Finance configuration.
